Venue
IWOMP 2015 is being held in the SuperC building on the RWTH Aachen University campus. Located in Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, the building is a landmark of the RWTH Aachen University campus and hosts the university student services center as well as meeting and event spaces.
RWTH Aachen University’s 620-acre (250 ha) campus is located in the north-western part of the city Aachen. The main buildings, including the SuperC student’s center are 500 m away from the city centre.
Aachen is the westernmost city of Germany, located along the borders with Belgium and the Netherlands, about 60 km (30 mi) west of Cologne. Aachen's predominant economic focus on science, engineering, information technology and related sectors together with RWTH Aachen University make up the city's international flair. As Aachen was a favoured residence of Charlemagne, and later the place of coronation of the German kings, and a spa place since the Roman times, it offers many places and attractions to explore.
